A clear, properly planned scope of works

01To form foundations to engineer’s detail and Building Control approval.

02To construct the extension shell in blockwork or as specified, with cavity insulation.

03To form structural openings between the existing property and the new space.

04To install roofing, rainwater goods and weatherproofing.

05To make good and prepare internal surfaces ready for decoration.
